The vacuum cooling process works by the rapid evaporation of water under low-pressure situations, and during this process, energy (in the form of heat) is required to change water from liquid to vapour. Base on this principle, we use high-quality raw materials and self-designed visual operating procedures to manufacture our vacuum cooler.
Our vacuum cooling machine allows easy operation, and it could drop temperature to the preset value in 20 minutes. In general, this vacuum cooler extends the shelf life of fruits and vegetables with reduced cooling cost.
